Terms of Service
Last updated 1 August 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of the EstateOS platform provided by EstateOS Technologies Limited. By creating an account or using the service, your organisation accepts these terms.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of account details, for the actions of users you invite, and for keeping credentials secure. Roles must be assigned so that each user sees only the records their job requires.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in naira, in advance, based on the plan and unit tier selected. Invoices are due within 14 days. We may suspend access to accounts more than 30 days overdue.
Prices may change with 30 days' written notice, effective from the next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use EstateOS to store unlawful content, attempt to breach the platform's security, resell access without a written agreement, or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of all property, tenant, landlord and financial records you enter. We process that data only to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your records at any time while the subscription is active.
6. Availability and support
We target 99.5% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Support is available on business days between 8am and 6pm WAT, with priority response on Growth and Enterprise plans.
7. Intellectual property
EstateOS, its software, designs and documentation remain our property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.
8. Limitation of liability
EstateOS is a record-keeping and operations tool. It does not provide legal, tax or valuation advice. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. On termination we make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it is deleted in line with our retention schedule.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
